		Recommend approval of the attached list of sidewalks for funding for Fiscal Year 2008. (See #13a CC - November 13, 2007)

		Chairman's Orders
		Request City Manager inform City Council of the process it would need to follow to effect the construction of sidewalks along major arterials of the City without hearings, balloting, nor with assessments being levied against abutting property owners.
