1. Petition
of Gregg Moffitt request to extend the sewer main from Broughton Rd. to 3
Mallard Rd.

2. Petition of George Seechiaroli, Atlantic Construction &
Restoration, Inc., request to extend public sewer from Pine Hill Rd. into
Pocasset St. The proposed sewer would extend from the intersection of Pine Hill
Rd and Pocasset St. to the parcel of
land shown on Assessor's Map 38, Block 33, Lot 26 approximately 284 ft. Work to be done at petitioner's expense and
in accordance with the Department of Public Works specifications.

3. Petition of Eric W. Lind request to install a forced sewer
system - consisting of a Holding tank for each house lot at 16 - 20 Myrick Ave.

point on Toronita Ave. All work to be
done at petitioner's expense and in accordance to the Department of Public
Works specifications.

7. Petition of Robert E.
Longden, Jr. Esq., on behalf of Botany Bay Construction Co., Inc. request to
upgrade a section of the existing drainage facilities in Mill St. and
reconfigure the median strip on Mill St. at the site access point to the
development at 501-505 Mill St. All work to be done in accordance with a prior
agreement.

The Committee informally asked the Commissioner of DPW to report to the committee concerning the location of catch basins, the issues surrounding the retaining wall and the various curb-to-curb widths discussed, timelines and relationship to lower West Chester Street and Chester Street.
Chairman’s Order request the Commissioner of DPW report, if when constructing West Chester Street, and the City intentionally constructs a street with a narrower than standard width, whether this decision increases the City’s liability in any way.
