Recommend Hold for a Second Hearing
Chairman’s Order Request the City Manager conduct a study on the long term
needs to handle northwest/southeast traffic flow in the Grove Street/Salisbury
Street area to alleviate pressure in our residential neighborhoods, including but
not limited to requiring roadway improvements to be paid for in part by
subdivision developers.
Chairman’s Order request the Commissioner of Public Works provide the City
Council with a report on the locations of sanitary and surface sewers in the
Chester/West Chester Street neighborhood.
Chairman’s Order request the Commissioner of the Department of Public Works
report to the City Council his position on making public Barry Road Extension.
