of Phoebe Way, Knapp Ave and Pelican Ave. request that the City of
Worcester take action to require Kunst Builders/Contractors et al to return the
mentioned streets to their original topographical condition which includes
replacing required blacktop, gravel, clay etc. and the regrading of the streets
to their original pitch. Repair and
correct the water erosion that has occurred on adjacent neighboring
properties. This must include the
relandscaping of these properties.
Provide a form of protection to prevent any future erosion to these
properties and streets. Take all
required actions to prevent the collection and stagnation of water and
dispersion of water to the streets and neighboring properties.

Commissioner of the Department of Public Works
report to the City Council concerning the permitting for sewers as well as
future remedies to adjustments made to the public ways known as Phoebe Way,
Knapp Avenue and Pelican Avenue. (Make note that when the response from
Administration is received, it gets mailed to each property owner on these 3
streets)
