A power point presentation was made by Stephen A. Berrang, Director of Capital Equipment and Anna M. Barry, Director of Railroad Operations Directorate, representatives of the MBTA concerning their capital investment program (CIP).
Added morning train departs Boston for
Worcester @ 4:55 AM and then departs Worcester @ 6:28 AM and arrives in Boston
@ 7:20 AM.
Chairman’s Order request the City Manager
communicate with the MBTA to request they consider the following: to adjust the
morning reverse commute train so that it leaves Boston at a time later than the
current 4:55 AM, and to add a late night (Midnight) outbound train on weekends.

delivery plan for improvements between South Station and Union Station.
