| | | 3c. | Idella Hazard request to have the city's Health Department and Police Department work in unison with the State Police lab and any and all teaching labs collecting and banking DNA from gang rape cases, in so doing, they will be able to find patterns, possibly, and able to isolate DNA's thereby making it easier to prosecute the offenders of gang rapes.
