1. Communication of the City Manager transmitting communication relative to accomplishments to date in implementing the recommendations of the Abandoned Building Task Force.

Chairman’s Order: Request City Manager to discuss the Abandoned Building Tax Abatement Program with the State Legislative Delegation at their next scheduled meeting.
Chairman’s Order: Request City Manager to provide copies of the Abandoned Building Ordinances to the Worcester Property Owners Association.
Chairman’s Order: Request City Manager provide City Council with Quarterly Reports on the implementation of the Abandoned Building Ordinances.
Chairman’s Order: Request City Manager to provide City Council with an update within 60 days regarding the status of the Worcester Fire Department’s proposed new Training Center, to include any State and Federal funds available.
