Chairperson Councilor King moved to set the date for the next executive session at 11:00 A.M. on May 13, 2022 to discuss the previously recommended appointment of Eric D. Batista as the Acting City Manager, including his terms of employment and contract.
Chairperson Councilor King moved for a roll call vote to recommend the item be held.
