Toomey - Request the Standing Committee on Education work with the counterpart standing committee of the School Committee to develop a master plan for renovation of public school buildings. Further, request the Committees provide City Council with the master plan within 90 days. Further, request the Committees consider University Park Campus School when developing the master plan for improving infrastructure. Request City Manager request the Superintendent of the Worcester Public Schools provide City Council with a list of investments made to schools facilities for the last five (5) years that includes which were eligible for funding and which ones were not eligible for MSBA funding.
