		Chairman's Orders
		Request City Manager request the Chief Financial Officer report to the City Council how federal, state and local officials work together concerning the administration of grants.
		Request City Manager request the Chief Financial Officer report to the City Council what charges are levied in the administration of grant monies in other municipalities of similar size to Worcester.
		Request City Manager request the City Solicitor to report to the City Council whether or not charge-backs can be made in the administration of federal stimulus funding.
		Request City Manager provide the City Council with a copy of the statement that is issued annually by the City of Worcester concerning the city's compliance with federal regulations concerning charge-backs for administering grant monies.
