Chairperson Councilor Mero-Carlson recognized the following speakers: 1. Roberta Brien, no residence given, spoke in favor of the item 2. Troy Siebels, no residence given, spoke in favor of the item
Chairperson Councilor Mero-Carlson recognized Councilor Bergman, who spoke concerning the tenant’s lease agreement at the location, the rental rates paid by the tenants at the property and inflation associated with the utilities at the location with the Chief Development Officer and Speaker #1.
Chairperson Councilor Mero-Carlson recognized Councilor Pacillo, who discussed WBDC’s involvement in supporting arts in the community.
Chairperson Councilor Mero-Carlson discussed the ten (10) year lease agreement with Quinsigamond Community College at the location with Speaker #1.
Chairperson Councilor Mero-Carlson moved for a roll call vote to recommend the item be approved.
