Chairperson Councilor Mero-Carlson recognized the Worcester Red Sox president, who spoke concerning the projected cost of the Ballpark.
Chairperson Councilor Mero-Carlson recognized Councilor Toomey, who spoke concerning the item.
Chairperson Councilor Mero-Carlson recognized Councilor Rose, who spoke concerning the item.

Chairperson Councilor Mero-Carlson recognized Councilor Russell, who discussed the financial impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Ballpark revenues, the possibility of increased costs for the Ballpark construction with the Worcester Red Sox President and the Worcester Red Sox General Manager.
