Petition of Robert Branca, Jr., Manager Branded Realty Group LLC request to extend the HDIP tax increment financing relief previously granted to encompass the entire parcel at 80-100 Wall St. and 38 Norfolk St. in connection with the acquisition of vacant land surrounding the 100 Wall St. parcel and the multi unit residential market rate housing development previously approved by the Council, in connection with the expansion, added number of units and re-design of the project, and to extend the date of the commencement of the real estate tax relief to November 1, 2018 in light of additional work required to redesign and complete the project. # 7a CC October 18, 2016
