# 9.4A CM June 23, 2015 | Attachments | | | | | | | Recommend adoption of the accompanying Order that the City Manager be and is hereby requested to recommend to the City Council an amendment to the food truck ordinance outlining an expanded pilot plan encompassing the following points: a. That is be instituted in the west side of Russell Street from Highland Street to William Street adjacent to Elm Park in the west side of Humboldt Avenue from Faraday Street to Salisbury Street adjacent to Institute Park and in the north side of Franklin Street adjacent to the Common b. That the timeframe be limited to September, October and November, 2015, Fridays and Saturdays only from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. c. That a maximum of 3 vendors be permitted at each location with no two permitted venders offering similar foods d. That in the event more than the maximum number of vendors qualify for any location, that preference in a lottery be weighted in favor brick-and-mortar Worcester food establishments and also to Worcester residents | |
