Chairperson Rushton, prior to the official vote of the Committee, asked to be recorded as In Favor of the TIF request; Councilor Rushton left the chamber. Mayor Petty appointed Councilor Russell as chair.
The Committee Recommended Approval of the TIF. Chairperson Russell moved to have this item reported to the City Council at their June 23, 2015 meeting.
