CHAIRMAN'S ORDERS

	1.	Request City Manager report to the City Council, within one month, the previously voted request to consider allocating funds for an aggressive South Worcester Industrial Park marketing effort relying upon widespread advertising in trade journals and other venues to expose the potential for redevelopment.
	2.	Request City Manager report to the City Council the economic development plans for South Worcester Industrial Park that allows flexibility in developing the various parcels utilizing the services of a commercial real estate broker.
