| | | 1a. | Goals of the Committee | Attachments | | | | | | | Chairman's Orders | | | | That the Goals of the Standing Committee on Municipal Operations are: 1) The development of a mission statement of organizational thinking for the City of Worcester establishing 4-5 priorities for local government and the empowerment of employees; 2) The development of efficiencies through the City of Worcester government, identifying 3-5 general areas wherein the City Manager should concentrate including the areas of energy, health insurance, fixed assets review and enhancements, the use of technology, the combining of like operations and the enhancement of the call center.
