Chairman's Orders

Request City Manager provide the City Council with a report within 30 days identifying the cost and timeline to transition to a 311 system including the area covered by 311 if it were to go into operation and how far coverage would extend.

Request City Manager provide a cost analysis to implement the 311 service in multiple languages.

Request City Manager to update the Customer Service line (508-929-1300) and include the phone number on all city mailings.
