Request City Manager request the City Solicitor provide the City Council with an opinion relative to the attached plan, concerning the responsibility for the cost for conversion to a public street.

Request City Manager provide the City Council with more detail when, in future recommendations for transfers of city-owned property are forwarded to the City Council, and, further request that color GIS maps be provided.

Chairman's Order from the Ad Hoc Committee on Mill Street Business Corridor - Request the City Council's Standing Committee on Land Use and the Ad Hoc Zoning Review Committee consider amending the chart itemizing the types of business uses allowed in a BL-1.0 zone to include health-related manufacturing uses which are not as intense as traditional manufacturing uses that are currently not allowed in said zone.
