Chairman’s Order request City Manager request the Commissioner of the Department of Public Works and Parks to conduct a traffic study of the intersection of Grafton Street, Barclay Street and Penn Avenue and make recommendations for improvements for better traffic flow that might consider including a left turn from the parking lot of the proposed Walgreen’s store.

 

Recommend Accept the recommendation of the Planning Board and approve the Petition, on a roll call 3-0.
