1.       Petition of Joan L. Crowell, Pres. of Leesville Pond Watershed and Neighborhood Association in order to protect and preserve our neighborhoods, will the City Council go on record to support a petition that would oppose involuntary takings of properties, providing there are no long term municipal liens on the property.

Said report to include the names of the purchasers, resale price, size of property, if they are still on back tax rolls, how many of these properties were transferred with out cost, and how many for gardens and how many used for parking lots abutting property.

7.                 Communication of the City Manager transmitting communication relative to a grant application to the Massachusetts Executive Office of Environmental Affairs Division of Conservation Services (DCS).  This grant request was for funding for the acquisition of Parcel K, a 110.90 acre parcel owned by the Catholic Charities.

11.             Communication of the City Manager transmitting communication recommending that Eighteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($18,500.00) be transferred from Account #900-92000, City Manager’s Contingency, and appropriated to Account #660-92000, Treasury Department Ordinary Maintenance to provide funds for the purpose of funding the additional statewide surcharges imposed by the Community Preservation Act (“CPA”), associated with the filing of the November tax lien documents.
