Chairman’s Order request that any increase in the parking fine schedule exempt those areas of downtown that have been traditionally targeted in the annual holiday “free parking” program.

 

3.          Requesting adoption of an ordinance amending Chapter Thirteen

          of the Revised Ordinances of 1996 relative to Fines for Parking Violations.
