City Manager to arrange to have the video prepared by the City’s Affirmative
Action Advisory Committee installed on the City’s web site.

City Manager review and recommend to City Council concerning training for
applicants to Boards and Commissions, annual recognition for retiring members
of Boards and Commissions including web site recognition, a review of each
department’s outreach procedure and advertisement for employment and
appointments, the process and personnel who will be employed in the hiring for
carrying out the CitySquare project and also concerning proposed linkages,
meetings and communications between the various Boards and Commissions.
