U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the Thirtieth Year Community
Development Block Grant Program and appropriated, when and as received, to
account numbers as enclosed.

Program. The funds are being used to
reclaim Abandoned/condemned structures, to assist first-time homebuyers, and to
help existing homeowners meet code violations.
