Chairman’s
Order request City Manager to prepare an unexpended balances report similar to
the report submitted December 16, 2003 for Economic Development Accounts that
reconciles to the City Auditor’s ledgers.
Further, that said report identify the committed amounts by account,
which have yet to be expended in the Block Grant accounts, and the
reasons/justifications for the commitments identified in the report. Further, in the event that unexpended
balances exist in the Block Grant, that the City Manager provide to the City
Council recommendations for the uses of those balances.
This Chairman’s Order was
taken in City Council December 16th, 2003 under a Suspension of the
Rules.
