1. Request the sum of Five Million Nine Hundred Thirty Four
Thousand ($5,934,000.00) be accepted from the U.S. Department of Housing and
Urban Development for the Twenty Seventh Year Community Development Block Grant
Program.

Chairman’s Order request the City Manager review the unexpended balances in the Community Development Block Grant account as an avenue for funding of the conceptual design for the Senior Center Courtyard and for providing a matching grant for the additional work to the balconies at the Senior Center facility.
