1.                 Communication of the City Manager transmitting communication relative to the Conceptual Master Plan for the South Worcester Industrial Park.

Recommend Accept and Approve of the Conceptual Plan for the South Worcester Industrial Park and further, request the City Manager report to the City Council at it’s August 21, 2001 meeting a plan for the development of the associated infrastructure improvements.
