Chairman’s Order from Commerce and Development Adopted April 10, 2001 – Request that in the contract for the conveyance of landfill property, that the Administration distribute the proceeds of the sale of this city-owned land for development off of the proposed Nippnapp Trail between the Quinsigamond Heritage Park Revitalization Plan and the Greenwood Street Streetscape Improvement Program and also include a requirement that Liberty Properties and P & W RR partner with the Vernon Hil/Green Island CDC.
