Mayor Petty moved for a roll call vote to adopt the accompanying order to authorize the Mayor, on behalf of the City Council of the City of Worcester, to execute the attached city manager employment contract with Mr. Batista pursuant to Section 3-1(b) of the Charter and M.G.L. c.41. §108N, in accordance with the terms voted by the City Council on December 10, 2024.
