Request City Manager consider adding to the Emergency Order of April 17, 2020 “Requiring Customers of Essential Retail Businesses to Wear Face Coverings” the following: That “All Operators/Employers of a retail business are required to check daily with the use of a non-contact infrared thermometer the temperature of their employees and any employee with a temperature at or above 99 degrees be refused to remain on the premises until such temperature returns to normal (at or below 99 degrees)”.
