Jo Hart request City Manager immediately step down entirely from any Worcester Regional Transit Authority (WRTA) position (including his proxy), and request City Council request the State and MassDOT hold an immediate public meeting before selecting a new, highly qualified administrator, so that full service can be restored in Worcester and full reparations for full public transportation be engineered at once for Worcester and the WRTA.

Request City Manager provide a report as to if the recent change to his cabinet to include the Chief Information Officer will result in any improvements across city departments for data analytics. Request City Manager consider implementing a program that would install public art projects, including street art and lighting projects, underneath the various underpasses in the city, in an effort to create more pedestrian friendly environments in these locations. (Rivera)

Request City Manager make recommendations regarding energy efficiency and renewable energy goals, including but not limited to solar energy, green living roofs, electric motor vehicle charging stations, in the design of Polar Ball Park and the Madison Properties Project and as a condition of any TIF or other tax incentives.
