In an effort to help spark the building of reasonable priced market rate housing and or assist with small business growth, request City Manager and his Economic Development Team to develop a streamlined permitting process for smaller developments. Said process should eliminate where possible duplication of hearings to address similar issues before multiple City Boards or Commissions. (Russell)
