In memory of Reverend Peter Scanlon, Monsignor Rocco M. Piccolomini and Monsignor Edmond Tinsley. Reverend Scanlon was part of the Worcester Diocese for 58 years, and also was the Worcester Fire Department’s Fire Chaplain for 45 years. Monsignor Piccolomini was the former Pastor of Our Lady of Mount Carmel-Saint Ann Parish in Worcester and Monsignor Tinsley was a Roman Catholic priest of the Diocese of Worcester for 64 years. Councilor Kathleen M. Toomey provided additional testimony at the conclusion of the meeting.

Further, request Commissioner of Public Works and Parks develop protocols for appeals of these administrative decisions that would involve routing through City Council and the Standing Committee.
