MOMENT OF SILENCE

Mayor Petty requested a Moment of Silence in Memory of Boston Fire Departments Lt. Ed Walsh and Firefighter Michael R. Kennedy who both perished on March 26th at the 9-alarm blaze in the Back Bay. This tragedy reminds all of us in Worcester of the personal sacrifice that is, sadly, a part of fire service. Our thoughts and prayers go to the families and friends of these men and to all of our neighbors in the City of Boston.
