Recommend that One Hundred Ninety Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Eight Dollars And No Cents ($190,828.00) be transferred from Account #91C775, DCU Building Rehabilitation, to Account #75C702, DCU Building Rehabilitation, to pay for contractual obligations for the installation of temporary chillers and walk off mats for the DCU Center.

Recommend that Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars And No Cents ($800,000.00) be transferred as follows: $550,000.00 from Loan Account #91C7451D, Sewer Construction, and $250,000.00 from Loan Account #91C7450D, Belmont Street/Force Mane, and the total be appropriated to DPW Account #44C724, Belmont Street/Lake Ave Sewer Project, to allow for the payment of anticipated obligations associated with this capital project.

Recommend that One Million Three Hundred Ninety Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Two Dollars And No Cents ($1,390,252.00) be transferred as follows: $900,000.00 from Loan Account #91C7391A, Sewer Drainage; and $490,252.00 from Loan Account #91C739, Surface Drainage, and the total be appropriated to DPW Account #44C761, Surface Drainage, to allow for the payment of current and future obligations.

Recommend that Six Hundred Ninety Thousand Dollars And No Cents ($690,000.00) be transferred as follows: $400,000.00 from Loan Account #91C7382A, Reservoir Remodeling; and $290,000.00 from Loan Account #91C7380B, Reservoir Rehab, and that the total be transferred to DPW Account #45C728, Reservoir Rehabilitation, to allow for payment of current and future obligations per the cash flow procedure.

Recommend that One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars And No Cents ($150,000.00) be transferred as follows: $50,000.00 from Loan Account #91C722, Bridges; $50,000.00 from Loan Account #91C7220A, Bridges; and $50,000.00 from Loan Account #91C7222A, Bridges, and the total be appropriated to DPW Account #41C721, Bridges, to allow for the future payments associated with bridge work per the cash flow procedure.

Recommend that Three Million Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars And No Cents ($3,700,000.00) be transferred from Account #91C7111A, Building Rehabilitation City & School, and be appropriated to Account #04C754, Citywide/School Energy Improvements, to fund current and anticipated contractual obligations associated with various citywide energy improvement projects.

Recommend that One Hundred Thousand Dollars And No Cents ($100,000.00) be transferred from Loan Account # 91C7932A, Golf Improvements, and be appropriated to Golf Account # 71C702, Golf Improvements, to allow for contractually obligated payments as per cash flow procedures.

Request City Manager report on the traffic improvements and changes included in a traffic plan by MassDOT from Lincoln Square to Tatnuck Square and request adequate public notice be made regarding hearings. (Lukes)

Request City Manager recommend to City Council sufficient funding to expand the operation of the Shot Spotter program so that it’s effects may be realized citywide. (Russell)

Request the City Councils Standing Committee on Rules and Legislative Affairs invite the MA Department of Revenue and the Worcester City Assessor to explain what laws or rules the Assessor is mandated to use that causes assessed values to vary dramatically from actual market values. (Russell)
