PRESENTATION of a YouTube Video concerning the inspirational story of Julia McCarthy, a Holy Cross Student, and how the staff at the Green Hill Golf Course made a profound impact on her life. The Mayor presented her with the Key to the City. Ms. McCarthy was accompanied by Matt Moisan, Golf Pro at Green Hill Golf Course who played an important role in her experiences at the golf course.

Mayor Petty read a Proclamation declaring July 20, 2013 as Colombian Independence Day. He presented it to a representative of the Colombian American community.

Recommend that Twenty Six Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Two Dollars And No Cents ($26,562.00) be transferred from the Reserve Revenue Account #330-54, Greenwood Street Landfill, and be appropriated to DPW Account #41C602, Greenwood Street Landfill (neighborhood), to allow for the above referenced purchases.

Recommend that Forty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Nine Dollars and No Cents ($49,269.00) in Account #14S41438, Operation Clean City, be re-appropriated to fund the Worcester Illegal Dumping Program.

SUPPLEMENTAL: Recommend that Four Million Nine Hundred Twenty Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Six Dollars And Thirty Cents ($4,929,836.30) be transferred from various Capital, General Fund, and Enterprise Accounts, and be transferred to various Capital, General Fund, and Enterprise Accounts, to close out year end Fiscal 2013.
