Scott Ricker request the facilities at the Schwartz Little League Field on Brooks St. be altered to Mass 521 CMR Standards including: access to women's bathroom, concession stand service counter and parking.

Scott Ricker request City Council require that all city departments meet minimum Standards of Mass 521 CMR and ADAAG Standards per Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act when improving/renovating city facilities.

Scott Ricker request the City of Worcester adopt a policy that whenever portable bathroom facilities are provided at or on any city property that the requisite number of accessible facilities be provided as per Mass 521 CMR.

Ronal Madnick, President of the Committee for Progressive Legislation, request the City Council or a committee of the council hold a public hearing on the plan of the Worcester Police Department to build a comprehensive video surveillance system of the Real Time Crime Center, before the plan is carried out.
