Recommend that One Hundred Eighty Four Dollars And Thirty Cents ($184.30) be transferred from Account #330-07, Reserve for Appropriation Damage Settlement , and be appropriated to Account 260-92000, Fire Ordinary Maintenance, to fund repairs of Ladder 4.

Recommend that Eight Hundred Three Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Nine Dollars And Twenty Five Cents ($803,969.25) be transferred from as follows so as to provide sufficient funding for the Off-Street Parking Program for the Third Quarter for Fiscal Year 2011.

Recommend that Twenty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Eight Dollars And No Cents ($29,948.00) be transferred from various Elder Affairs Accounts, and be appropriated to Account #340-92000, Elder Affairs Ordinary Maintenance, to provide funding for expenses through the remainder of Fiscal Year 2011.

Recommend that Three Hundred Sixty Three Thousand Six Hundred Two Dollars And No Cents ($363,602.00) be transferred from various Civic Center accounts and appropriated to fund approved budgetary obligations for the DCU Center.

Recommend that Two Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($2,000.00) be transferred from Account #045-92000, Planning Ordinary Maintenance, and be appropriated to Account #045-91000, Planning Personnel Services, to provide funding for a temporary, part-time intern position.

That the City Council of the City of Worcester hereby goes on record in support of Ride the Bus Week in Worcester, April 25th through May 1st, encouraging all municipal and school department employees to take the bus at least one day this week. Further, request the Worcester Regional Transit Authority and the City of Worcester Administration work together to promote the use of the WRTA service and through the use of the city’s web site and email system.
