Request City Manager request the Department of Public Health work with the Worcester Fire Department to explore the possibility of obtaining a waiver from the State Office of Emergency Medical Services that would allow fire department personnel to administer nasal Narcan for opioid overdoses.(O'Brien)

Request City Manager update the City Council how the city administration is working with Tufts University and Spay Worcester to address the issue of stray cats in the city. (O'Brien, Haller)

Request City Manager meet with representatives from the non-profit organization More Than Wheels to determine whether or not employees from the City of Worcester could benefit from this program. (O'Brien)

Mayor O'Brien moved to amend: Further request City Manager notify City Council if an extension should be filed so that the backlog of abatements can be handled and what that process would entail to file the extension.

Motion Lukes @ #8p CC - Request City Manager provide City Council with a report showing what the average real estate value would have been if the city had chosen the lowest residential tax rate and the city had not raised two million dollars in taxes.
