Said Task Force should include appointments by the City Manager from the following entities: a member from the Mass. Veterinary Medical Association, a member from Tufts Veterinary School, an animal behaviorist, an Worcester Animal Control Officer or appropriate law enforcement officer. Further, the City Manager may be given latitude to make additional appointments.
