Discussion

1a.

Review the impact of any Fiscal Year 2010 mid-year state aid reductions and discuss impacts to the Fiscal Year 2011 budget.

Attachments

Councilor Clancy moved to request the following:

1. Request City Manager send to the School Administration a list of the latest calculation relative to reforms implemented on the city side through layoffs and not funding vacant positions.

2. Request School Department Administration provide City Council with plans for setting aside stabilization funds.

3. Request School Department Administration inform City Council of future plans and costs concerning applications for new Charter Schools.

4. Request School Department Administration provide City Council with a list of reform efforts made to the school side.

5. Request the School Administration consider implementing a 75/25 contribution rate for health insurance as well as implementing plans that would provide services with funds currently available.
