The entire City Council as well as the City Manager expressed their thanks and gratitude for their service during this event.

Mayor Lukes moved to suspend the rules to recognize Jim Cavanaugh, from CC Lowell and Co-Chair of Worcester Local First, who spoke concerning the upcoming event on March 16th which was proclaimed 10% Shift Day in the city at the City Council meeting on March 3rd.
