Request City Manager review past and present traffic control measures in force and effect in Mill St. and consider recommending to the City Council on how the high incidence of speeding can be better controlled and reduced in that area. Such recommendations should address whether or not the present yellow speed limit signs (which appear to be advisory in nature) should be replaced by more appropriate white speed limit enforcement signs.
