These issues are: (1) lowering the cage-like fence at 103 and 109 Holden St. from 8 feet to 6 feet or less as ordered by the courts over a year ago; (2) demolition of the unsafe and unsightly house at 103 Holden St.; (3) restoration of the wetlands behind these properties as ordered by the courts and for which the property owner recently has paid the city a cash settlement (Rosen, Toomey, Petty, Smith, Germain)
