Councillor Clancy moved to amend:  Further, request Charter Communications to explain their pricing of specials offered at reduced rates to new customers or current subscribers who inquire about said specials but not to current rate payers who do not inquire, therefore charging two different rates for the same service.

54.     Request City Manager provide City Council with a thorough explanation of the new inspection procedures for food establishments that serve alcohol, including the role played by code enforcement inspectors and fire officials, and why this 2004 law has caused such angst, expense and confusion among several longstanding Worcester businesses. 55.     Request City Manager consider a policy to provide oversight and regulation by the Worcester Department of Public Health regarding the sale, dispensing and injection of seasonal Influenza Vaccine by commercial establishments, such as super markets and retail stores.
