which recognizes the need to expand facilities and programs for the growing
senior population. These bills would
create a mechanism to provide state funding to aid cities and towns in the
planning, reconstruction, construction, design, acquisition of real property,
renovation, preservation, rehabilitation, demolition, expansion of a facility
