concerning the current financial pressures regarding homeownership due to
increasing interest rates on mortgages, changes in credit card minimum payment
rules, energy costs, predatory lenders and any other influences that may be
affecting Worcester from reaching it’s goals of increasing and retaining

Worcester Neighborhood Plan and the College Hill Neighborhood Plan with regard

corner of Country Club Blvd. concerning their 300 foot long banking that is consistently
littered and unsightly, and request that they clean and maintain their area in

41. Request City Manager consider recommending to the City Council
an amount of funding to be awarded to a restrictive number of Worcester
property owners whose homes or businesses were flooded during the rain event of
October 15, 2005 as a one-time effort to alleviate harm that was inflicted by
