44.     Request City Manager to meet with representatives of CSX Corporation as soon as possible to discuss the serious on-going violations of air quality regulations in the neighborhood of Saint Johns Road and Sutton Lane due to trains left idling for long periods of time, often several hours at a time. Further, request that the City Manager take any and all measures available to end these violations including contacting federal and state regulators for assistance in this assault on our residents’ quality of life. 45.     Request Administration report on the feasibility of developing and applying sustainable building, architecture and design concepts, including but not limited to building recycling and waste management programs, renewable energy use, climate energy efficiency with monitored air quality, natural ventilation systems, rainwater cleansing techniques, renewable materials to any or all of the new construction projects in the CitySquare project to produce buildings that are daring aesthetically and innovative environmentally.
