complaints regarding the Worcester Police Department that have been

Department tracks injured prisoner reports, to include whether all injured

well as neighboring towns and cities whose hotel and motel tax revenue benefits
from the increased travel and tourism which results from trade shows and other
events held at the DCU Centre.
