Request Council ordain factors that can be used to determine what
constitutes a “public need” in order to increase or decrease taxi

selling the City’s foreclosed and tax title properties whereby private brokers

in from the sale of the naming rights to the Centrum and Convention Center,

convene a meeting with the health institutions in the City in order to make
recommendations as to how the flu vaccines available might be most

17h. Request the Standing Committee on Municipal Operations to consider
the process by which the City of Worcester handles real estate tax liens and
tax title properties so that the liens might be bundled and sold on the open
market as is the case in New Jersey and New York state, and that a consistent
policy is adhered to for the disposition of tax title properties and
